The vacation rental market is now open to prospective investors who can purchase shares of homes in several cities, including Joshua Tree, CA, Nashville, TN, and Panama City, FL.
FREMONT, CA: Over the past year, Arrived has helped thousands of Americans gain access to the financial benefits of property ownership for the first time in their lives. We are excited to bring our model to vacation rentals, the fastest growing real estate segment right now", said Ryan Frazier, CEO & Co-Founder of Arrived. "Platforms like Airbnb have helped vacation rental owners generate over $150 Billion in rental income from serving 1 Billion guest arrivals, and yet, less than 0.5% of these guests have been able to access the wealth-building potential rapidly growing asset class. We're changing that today by adding these assets to our platform."
Arrived Homes, a new SEC-approved real estate investing platform that permits anyone to invest in single-family rentals starting at just $100, is now offering the opportunity for investors to buy shares in short-term vacation rentals as well. The Securities and Exchange Commission has granted regulatory approval for Arrived Homes to go public. With time, anyone can invest in a vacation rental to gain access to rental income and property appreciation.

Seven vacation rental properties in Joshua Tree, CA, Nashville, TN, Glendale, AZ, Scottsdale, AZ, Clearwater, FL, Blue Ridge, GA, and Panama City, FL, will have this new feature. With hot tubs, rooftop views of downtown, and prime locations near cultural and entertainment centers, these new vacation rentals collectively cost $5M USD.
In partnership with established vacation rental property managers and developers like Tony Robinson and Alpha Geek Capital, Misfit Homes, Old Town Rental, Roseus Hospitality, Southern Comfort Cabin Rentals, and Techvestor, Arrived is responsible for designing, furnishing, and upkeep of these properties. So investors do not need to get involved in day-to-day operations. Their experience includes being on housing boards, managing their teams, and establishing brand recognition across social networks.
Investors can buy shares, while major vacation rental platforms will have them for rent. Trips for two, vacation rentals and hotel stay at properties investors own are also available to be won for the #ArrivedGetaway. First-of-its-kind, Arrived offers accredited and non-accredited investors SEC-qualified shares of single-family rental homes. With this move, they provide broader access to the real estate asset class by providing short-term rental properties following their $25M Series A.
Over $55M worth of assets has been fully funded by Arrived in 27 markets across the country. It plans to open new markets in Florida, Texas, Nevada, and Indiana while expanding its single-family rental offering.
