● Maintenance and handling complaints: Most common responsibilities of property managers are maintenance of the property and handling complaints on behalf of the owners. The property manager handles all the problems that the property arises. For instance, if the water supply is stopped, then it is the responsibility of the property manager to fix that problem. Additionally, the property manager must resolve disputes between the landowner and the tenants.
