The new feature will allow seamless integration between agents and office coordinators for managing forms.
FREMONT, CA: "At SkySlope, our mission is to continually adapt with the changing needs of brokerages, their agents, and their staff," says Buck Avey, VP of Product at SkySlope. "We are driven to provide the tools that make collaboration in brokerage offices easier and more efficient. That's why we designed this new feature — to bridge those communication gaps. We're thrilled to be able to offer this release to our ever-growing community of SkySlope members."
In its role as a leading transaction management platform for the real estate industry, SkySlope is always looking for ways to improve agent and brokerage support. The newest release of SkySlope offers a seamless integration that allows office transaction coordinators to create, manage, and complete Forms files for agents within SkySlope.

The SkySlope Form libraries were previously accessible only to agents with association credentials. This prevented TC and office staff from performing important tasks on behalf of agents. With this update, agent associations and broker libraries will be accessible to transaction coordinators, office administrators, and office staff. Credentials issued by associations will not be necessary with TC access.
A transaction coordinator will not only be able to fill out forms for agents but will also be able to send envelopes for signatures to clients. Delegating tasks will be more flexible while agents can still see their transactions. The agent and the TC can automatically reply to any follow-up questions since both are cc'd on all envelope communications.
There is also an option to convert a SkySlope transaction file from a Forms file to improve clerical efficiency. Data entry is eliminated by embedding signed forms into the transaction file automatically.
SkySlope Forms Broker Edition will include the new feature. Agents who already use SkySlope Forms or have begun the onboarding process will be able to manage their files.
